Roofing delivery information
Nationwide Delivery Service
At Forge Finishes, we operate our own dedicated delivery fleet for roofing polycarbonate sheets, glazing bars, and accessories throughout mainland UK. We do not use third-party couriers, which means we can deliver long-length materials direct to site with confidence.
Delivery Charge
A flat delivery charge of £25.00 (net, plus VAT) applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
Delivery Lead Times
- Daily route areas: typically 3–10 working days
- Weekly route areas: typically 7–14 working days
Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed by email once your order has been processed and scheduled. Please note all delivery dates are subject to stock availability and are estimates only — we cannot guarantee specific dates or time slots.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery routes are managed by our transport partner Molan UK. Please refer to the area map below to find your postcode region and scheduled delivery day.
Orders over 5m in length and/or over 250kg will be subject to extended lead times — please contact us before ordering.
Kerbside Delivery
All deliveries are made kerbside. Our drivers operate a one-man service and cannot safely unload long-length materials without assistance — please ensure adequate help is available on site. Goods become your responsibility upon kerbside delivery.
If delivery is attempted and the driver cannot safely leave the goods or make contact, the order will be returned and reattempted on the next scheduled run to your area.
Delivery Instructions
If you have any specific access requirements or site instructions, please email us immediately after placing your order so we can pass these to our transport team before scheduling. Once your order is loaded and out for delivery, we cannot guarantee instructions will be met.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to mainland UK only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or Isle of Wight. For orders to these locations, we are happy to drop your goods at a nominated freight forwarder on the mainland — onward shipping costs and arrangements are the customer’s responsibility.
The following postcodes may be subject to longer lead times: TR, SA, LD, SY, LL, PA, PH, IV, KW.
Deliveries to congestion charge zones are subject to additional charges and extended lead times.
